INTRODUCTION TO FTSG

For The Seventh Generation was founded in 2005 as a program of the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association Foundation by President and CEO, Lorraine H. Weber and Board of Director’s Chair, Judge Kelly Ramsey. Under their leadership and with the help of many generous donors, FTSG has grown into a thriving organization that serves over 1,000 Detroit-area foster children and families every year.
In 2017, the program became a stand alone 501(c)(3) charity and rededicated its work to the mission of
